Qonyx FS · Field Safety

The shift, from the first check to the signed record.

Runs on the phones the crew already carries.

Field-proven software for high-risk crews. Qonyx FS opens the shift, collects verified evidence at every step, keeps the supervisor close, and closes the day into a record that stands on its own.

Inside Qonyx

One crew, one shift. Watch the app run the day.

Follow a crew through a working day. Qonyx opens the shift, collects verified evidence at every step, keeps the supervisor close, and closes the day into a record that stands on its own.

06:02 · Shift opens

The app opens the day and confirms the crew is ready.

Opening a shift is a guided routine. Every crew member is confirmed one by one, with PPE checked before the first task, and schedules and breaks run on a timer the whole crew can see, through to a clean close.

Guided multi-step opening PPE confirmed per crew member Schedules and breaks on a shared timer
06:15 · First checklist

Every answer carries proof, verified as it's captured.

Checklists adapt to the answers, and critical items ask for proof: a photo with a framing guide, a selfie, a signature, a voice note. Computer vision confirms PPE right in the photo, the odometer is read automatically from the image, and voice notes are transcribed and scanned for spoken risk. An item that fails doesn't disappear. It goes back for correction.

Questions adapt to the answers Photo, selfie, signature and voice as proof Failed items return for correction
08:30 · Work order

The work order carries its own proof.

Open, travel, execute, close: every activity is logged with photos as the work happens. Exceptions require a signed statement of responsibility, and the order only closes after a second-level review approves the evidence. The record tells what actually happened.

10:47 · On the map

Where the crew is while the shift runs, so support arrives sooner.

During the shift, each crew's position and the day's route sit on the supervisor's map in near-real time. If something looks off, like no movement at a high-risk task or a missed check-in, the supervisor is alerted while it still matters. It's a journey record built to protect the crew.

12:20 · Fuel stop

Every fueling verified right at the pump.

Each refuel is captured as evidence: odometer photo, pump display, a selfie, and the GPS position. The platform reads the numbers and automatically flags what doesn't add up: mileage running backwards, consumption out of range, refuels too close together.

14:00 · Inspection

A finding becomes a fix, closed with a signature.

Field inspections raise non-conformities on the spot. Each one is treated, validated, and closed: classified under the company's consequence policy and sealed in an electronic-signature envelope. Nothing stays an open loop.

16:40 · No signal

The field loses coverage. The record doesn't.

Qonyx is built offline-first: checklists, photos, and voice notes are captured without a connection and queue on the device. When the signal returns, everything syncs in order, with nothing lost.

17:30 · Times & movements

You can't improve a day you can't see.

Every shift breaks down into times and movements: travel, on-site work, breaks, return. Qonyx turns that into a live picture of operational performance. Patterns stand out, and the next day is planned better, with tighter routes, realistic schedules, and less time lost between tasks. It measures the operation, not the person.

18:05 · Shift closes

The day ends as a record you can stand behind.

Back-office dashboards follow the day as it happens, and every shift closes into a complete evidence trail: who, where, what was verified, and how. It's the record utilities and insurers can rely on, because of how it was collected.

The other half of the platform

Qonyx SV puts the same record behind a camera.

Recorders in the vehicle and a camera on the job, writing into the same work orders your crews already close in FS. The drive and the service become part of the evidence trail.
